Inclusivity & Neuro
Inclusion Workshops

Do you want to create a workplace where difference is
embraced not feared? We believe the world is richer
because of its diversity.

Neuro-Inclusion Workshops

Difference is to be celebrated not feared and embracing these differences isn’t just the right thing to do, it’s how we grow. When we truly see and value each other, we create spaces where everyone feels they belong.

Jayne is neurodivergent herself, and a mom to a neurodivergent child, so brings lived experience to these specialist workshops, particularly in the neuro-differences of Autism and ADHD.

A taster of what the workshop includes:

  • Understanding the language of neurodiversity
  • Understanding what the main neurodivergences are
  • Learning practical ways to embrace and accommodate neurodivergence in the workplace

We hold a firm belief that Neurodiversity is a strength to be embraced, and our workshops aim to cultivate inclusive workplaces where everyone truly belongs.

Inclusivity Workshop

We deliver foundational inclusivity training which goes beyond the basics, helping teams understand, experience and embrace the unique strengths that a diverse workforce brings to the table.

This workshop will also equip attendees with a solid understanding of their moral and legal responsibilities when it comes to inclusivity.

A taster of what the workshop includes:

  • Understanding the protected characteristics
  • Understanding key equality language and concepts, such as intersectionality
  • Learning about our responsibilities under the UK Equality Act (2015)

At Growth Spark Training we are passionate about creating workplaces where everyone feels valued and can come to work as their true selves.

The session was simple to understand,
but also gave me enough detail so that
I now feel equipped with sufficient
knowledge to better support the needs
of neurodivergent people in the workplace.
