With over a decade of experience as a learning and development specialist for a leading blue-chip manufacturing company, Jayne brings a wealth of expertise to every learning journey she leads – from training needs analysis through to design and delivery.

Shaun – Learning Designer
Shaun, a chartered accountant and dad of two, brings immense value to the creative side of Growth Spark Training. With over 25 years of experience in business finance, he’s an expert at getting a message across, cutting through complexity to deliver impactful messages and transform theory into easily digestible learning.
What truly sets him apart is his vibrant creativity, which shapes his innovative training designs.
